Sups grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Ethical Use and Academic Integrity

Users of Sups are expected to uphold the principles of academic integrity and adhere to the guidelines and requirements set forth by the educational institutions to which they are applying. Sups should be used as a tool for brainstorming and revising essays, and not as a means to circumvent the admissions process or to submit content that is not the original work of the user. Users found to be using Sups in a manner that violates the ethical standards and admission guidelines of educational institutions may have their access to the service revoked, and any actions that are deemed to be unlawful or in violation of academic integrity will be reported to the relevant authorities and/or institutions.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Users can purchase a Pro user subscription through our Service. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a Pro user subscription, you agree to pay the specified price and to comply with any specific terms applicable to such service. You also agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy, available at Stripe Terms of Service and Stripe Privacy Policy.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

12.1 No Refunds: All purchases made through Sups are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not receive a refund for any reason.

12.2 Subscription Cancellations: While we do not offer refunds, users have the right to cancel their subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your Pro user benefits until the end of your billing cycle, but you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

12.3 Changes to Subscription Plans: We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans. In the event of any material change to the subscription plan, we will notify you in advance.
